Don R. Carter PE
Don Carter has a B.S. in Structural Engineering, an M.S. in Civil Engineering, and became a practicing engineer in 1969. He is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri and other states. Certified by the Midwest Concrete Industries Board, he has extensive background in code concrete design and is an ex-executive member of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers.
William C. Carter PE
Bill Carter earned a B.S. in Structural Engineering in 1974 and has worked in the engineering profession since that time as both a structural engineer and as a mechanical engineer. He has served as chairman of several civic and professional societies, and holds three U.S. patents.
